Fettucini Carbonara Italian style



Make Fettucini Carbonara Italian style

Materials:


  • 100 grams fetucini
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of sausage, sliced round
  • 200 ml of liquid milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese (can be customized) (25 grams for the contents, and 25 grams for sowing)
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon margarine for frying


How to Make Fettucini Carbonara Italian style:

Boil 1000 ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Enter fetucini. Boil until cooked, then remove and drain.
Heat margarine. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add sausage, Stir.
Enter the liquid milk, salt, and black pepper coarse. Cook until boiling.
Add fetucini and grated cheddar cheese. Stir well. Turn off the heat. Enter the egg yolks. Stir well. Turn on the fire. Cook until bubbling.

Fetucini Ala Carbonara is ready to be served.
